1. Services Offered
We provide professional tailoring and garment-related services, including:
- Custom Stitching: Men’s, women’s, and kids’ wear stitching including suits, blouses, lehengas, gowns, kurtas, pants, shirts, and more.
- Alterations: Fitting adjustments, length changes, resizing, and repairs.
- Premium Boutique Work: Embroidery, fall–pico, finishing work, and designer customizations.
2. Tailor Responsibilities
Our tailoring partners are responsible for:
- Accurate Stitching: Stitch garments according to provided measurements, design references, and customer instructions.
- Timely Delivery: Complete and deliver the stitched garment within the promised timeline.
- Fabric Care: Handle customer fabric with care and avoid damage during stitching.
3. User Obligations
Users must follow the following guidelines:
- Provide Correct Measurements: Users must share accurate body measurements or choose the correct size.
- Design Confirmation: Once a design or pattern is approved, changes may not be possible.
- Fabric Responsibility: Users must ensure fabric is suitable for the requested design.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is based on the following conditions:
- Advance Payment: Some orders may require an advance before stitching begins.
- Final Payment: Must be made before final delivery or pickup of stitched garments.
- No Refund: Since tailoring is customized, payments are non-refundable once work has started.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations follow these rules:
- Before Work Starts: Users may cancel before cutting or stitching begins.
- After Work Starts: Cancellations are not allowed after stitching or cutting begins.
- Fabric Responsibility: Returned fabric will be handed back in the same condition as received.
6. Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect Measurements: If the user provides wrong measurements, we are not liable for fitting issues.
- Fabric Quality Issues: If the fabric shrinks, tears, or gets damaged due to its original quality.
- Design Misinterpretation: Slight variations may occur as designing/stitching is a manual process.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, the following process will be followed:
- Discussion: First, we try to resolve the issue through customer support.
- Mediation: If unresolved, we attempt an amicable settlement between user and tailor.
- Final Decision: Company’s decision will be final in terms of replacements or minor corrections.
